Retford Open am session
Its hot here on poolside at Ponds Forge Especially after I got in at 5am!
This morning so far (11.30 am) is producing some excellent results for us with heat winners all day and we are fielding some real quality presence well done to Coach squad and swimmers however with a few heats still to take place the great news is that all Tiger competitors have so far produced Personal bests (P.B's)
eg Harry Finch 100 back-7secs
Green boys P b's - on all strokes
Guests gang on 100 back
Natalie Rosbottom -7 on 100 crawl
Owen Smith - 2 sec on back 100 on free
John Gibson -7 on 100 free
Mark commented that legwork has shown substantial improvement for all and its this that has contributed to a large part of the improvement
So its all to play for in the last hour for John Owen n Jack n Keegan on 200 free Harry on 200im

What If
What if....
I get ill?
• Think long-term
• Make a choice about thought content i.e. I can either focus on illness OR put it out of my mind by focusing on strengths/positives
• Remember that I have competed well when I have been ill in the past
• Maintain team spirit and support
